Our unique, self-install Camera Pack is available to home or business customers with property in the UK or mainland Europe where broadband is available.  The box contains all the equipment you need, full configured and "ready for action" - you just plug it in.  The price for the wireless equipment pack shown above is (as at February 2007) a very competitive £399 (€580)  inc. VAT.  Add in our unique Monitoring Service (details below) for £24.95 (€36.20) per month inc. VAT, with NO minimum contract, and you now have a professional-grade monitoring solution to protect your property.

Each Camera Pack that we supply contains everything listed above, including the unique eyeontheplace.com Monitoring Service.  This state-of-the-art service includes 24-hour, automated monitoring of your property; instant alerts by SMS text message and email; secure off-site storage of images from incidents; and your own customised web pages for viewing the live scene and recorded images - by internet or mobile phone!  We also give you personal support by phone and email.  The only extra thing you need to have is a broadband connection - we can help with this too if you prefer.  Our friendly but professional support team will always try very hard to please.  

More about our Camera Packs:

1. Equipment configuration and workbench testing
Before we deliver the equipment to you, a lot of work has to be done behind the scenes. We obtain the equipment, and then spend quite some time configuring it to meet your requirements.  During this phase we will also set up your own customised web pages, where you will access the camera across the internet. We then set up the equipment in the lab and check that it is functioning correctly and that the configuration is correct.  Finally, we gather together all the components of your package - camera, router, cabling, guidance notes etc - and dispatch it all to you, ready for installation!

2. Installation
When you get your package from us, you simply follow the step-by-step instructions and within a very short space of time you will be up and running.  Once you have put up your camera and switched everything on, you simply contact us by phone or email and we activate the Monitoring Service.  We don't even need to visit your property to do this.  The camera's sensitivity will be fine-tuned according to the local conditions.  This is to make sure that you don't get hundreds of false alarms, or no alarms at all.

3. Support service
We take the subject of providing help and support to our customers more seriously than most - this is what really makes us different. When you become an "eyeontheplace" customer, as part of our package we provide you with professional support by phone and email. We do not man a help desk around the clock, but we have a clearly laid out Service Level Agreement that shows you exactly what you can expect from us. Your equipment will benefit from manufacturers' guarantees during the first 12 months too.

4. Monitoring Service
